In the case below the status of SMITH may have been set to either NO TAX, ON LEAVE, SUSPENDED, TERMINATED, or the Status field left blank. In any of these cases the employee will not appear in the employee search table.
To search for all employees, including those not set to ACTIVE, toggle on the 'Show Closed Items' red padlock icon. This will enable the selection of all employees, allowing details, including Status, to be editied.
